All costs shown are GST exclusive.
Variations
Changes are charged
on a time and cost basis,
rounded up to
the nearest hour.
Example One
An estimate is generated at Concept stage. The Design is repriced at Developed Design so Actually updates the design based on a mark up. There are few changes and additional Structural Design information that is now included. Because the changes are minor the time for us to make the changes is the only thing charged as part of the update.
Example Two
There are significant differences between the Concept Design and the Developed Design. We make a judgement call based on the likelihood for error. We decide it is best to start again so we can be confident in our delivery of the service.

Use our online Order Form to send us the documentation you have for your Project. Critical information required is Drawings and an Outline Specification. You can also send Structural Drawings, Renders and IFC files. Let us know anything you want to Cost Option or any specific Allowances you want included.

When we vet your Project Documentation we'll capture the scope of the Project. Depending on the Design Phase and any absences in Outline Specification, we may need to make Specification Assumptions. These are shown in the Project Design Summary we return to you before commencing the Project and an opportunity for you to comment or update.

ReviewOur draft report (only sent to the design studio). Check allowances and anything you might want to exclude.
All Estimates are first issued as Drafts so that the Design Studio can be aware of the numbers ahead of their clients viewing. This allows Design Teams to adjust selections, check allowances and manage Cost Options prior to the Final Build Cost Estimate Release. The content of the report can be controlled at this point too, selecting from Build Cost Estimate (single page cost summary), Trade Summary or detailed Schedule of Quantities.
