Got changes to make? By the time we’ve created your first estimate we have the model of your design, any updates are very efficient for us to produce.
Design & Specification Update
In response to budget constraints a design was updated so that the building geometry was reduced, some elements were deleted and the specification of some aspects were changed. We were able to adjust the model to suit, reimport into Actually app in which all the quantities automatically update along with the costs. 3 hours later the studio knows the outcome.

Cost Updates
A design is costed at concept Design. At the next phase, months later additional design information and specification are added to the project and up to date costings refresh material supply costs.
1 hr | $200
Full Redesign
After the concept design and cost feedback the design takes a complete different direction. A lot of the specifications are the same and allowances are still applicable. We remodel the design and only charge time to do so.
5 hrs | $1000
