Begin by selecting all Exterior Walls.
Select the seventh icon (Element ID Manager) on the Actually Toolbar.
Ensure the “Wall Element Type” is chosen.
Select “Unique ID for Each Element”.
Click “ID Format”.
Ensure all boxes are formatted correctly using a prefix such as “EW”.
Click “Change IDs”.
Manually add a suffix to all Exterior Walls intersecting an Unconditioned Typology.
Now select all Interior Walls.
Select the sixth icon (Element ID Manager) on the Actually Toolbar.
Ensure the “Wall Element Type” is chosen.
Select “Unique ID for Each Element”.
Click “ID Format”.
Ensure all boxes are formatted correctly using a prefix such as “IW”.
Click “Change IDs”.
Manually add a suffix to all Interior Walls intersecting an Unconditioned Typology.
