This is the recommended approach for modelling a building using the Actually Archicad Template.
The Actually Archicad Template contains Tools, Library Items, a Classification System, Zone Tools, an IFC Export Setting and Schedules for use when checking the project before export.
The Actually Archicad Template also includes favourites. Every time a Favourite is selected, the Element will automatically be correctly categorised.
